Outcast proudly present
The MH-4 "Shiro" Gunship Helicopter.

My first ever submission to a Jersey Challenge.

This helicopter still follows my design philosophy, which is to have a easy to use creation, jump in, hit the ignition, give the engine some power and away you go!

This specific helicopter was named "Gender Identity", Because Shiro identify itself as an attack helicopter.

What is it?
It's a scifi mash-up of several diffrent helicopters in the modern world, i took some inspiration from the AH-64 Apache, RAH-66 Comanche, Mi-24 Hind, KA-52 Alligator, with a sprinkle of love from one of my favorite gaming series, the ace combat series, and a personal touch.

Features
  • Connection For Flight Interface C.O.F.F.I.N System.
    Enclosed cockpit with digital displays, which protects both the pilot and the gunner.
  • 400 HE Rounds Light Autocannon with IR Rangefinder.
  • 112 Rockets, for when you need to destroy just about everything.
  • 2 Guided rockets.
  • 6 Flares.
  • 6 Chaffs.
  • Troop Compartment with room for 10 soldiers, with weapons and medical equipment
  • Automatic Heaters

Have never used the AI gunner for hire, so not sure. If it uses the same AI as the AI enemy aircraft then i think no.

looks nice, controls decent. its yaw carries momentum, which throws off rocket aim. it also loses altitude while moving forward even at max throttle and rotor collective. the nose turret looks fairly bulky but thats only cosmetic. it would be very suitable for night ops if we could turn off the lights, the night camo is kinda useless with a big ole beacon on it! :healthyhearthling:

nice helicopter but i find that the missiles dont work i looked in logic and it seems the missile launching system is unhooked is it meant to be like that?
