Diminishing marginal utility of Levy

Opis
About this mod:
The bigger a realm is, the more levy penalty to suffer(up to -50%).
For balancing huge blob like HRE

Much alike to dynamic levy mechanism in HIP mod, but it's done in a clean way
(Could be cpu heavy since it use trigger_modifier and no optimal BST. but I did not feel the noticeable difference)

How to use:
Just play, fully automatic.

Compatibility:
Crusade Kings II 3.3.5.1, checksum [SOHY]
[x] Ironman compatible
Save-game compatible
Thanks to its modularity. It should be compatible with ANY mod.

Credit:
zijistark and HIP team, for diminishing parameter data

@Chitose, I recomend putting this information in the mod description so people dont have to read the comments and ask the same question over and over again (Love the mod btw)

@Bobby G,the maximum debuff is -50% when a lord have a realm size 25% larger than to 769 Abbasid Caliphate blob.

What is the maximum of the debuffs? only 30?
Zilver04 31 grudnia 2021 o 16:24
Not really @Door (i tested) a big HRE had around 8 thousand men to 12 thousand. At maximum the debuffs give a 30% levy penalty.

does that mean smaller realms are more powerful than large empires?
