This is a submod that makes Dwarf Bodyguards mod balanced with sfo. I used @Reg's old assets so a huge special thank you to him.

Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with every mod that is compatible with the base mod.

Balancing is hard for those mods so please let me know about any balance changes.

There does seem to be an issue with the sizes. I've made some changes abd sent it to flamboyant to see if he's happy and push an update

Apologies for the late response, but yeah naw I was mistaken, some of the models looked pretty big in comparison to others, but when placed next to the model they were supposed to represent, they matched, turns out the armor makes dwarves look bigger than normal; only gripe now is that Grombrindal will be downed easily once he has guards but otherwise is a beast in the scenario

Hey question, been playing and I realized that the bodyguard's aren't actually resized, didn't notice till I zoomed in and saw my dwarf warriors nearly twice the size of the standard warrior they were supposed to be

its just cheaper. Maybe I can make the more powerful options a bit more expensive to make them a bit more punishing? I dunno cuz the original mod is built like that.

Is there a reason to pick a weaker option with mounts? Like with the lord, he gets dwarf warriors, and either long bears or something else, but the dwarf warriors just seem like an all round worse pick. And it's not like the previous skill is required for the latter one, so is there any point in ever picking the dwarf warriors or 1st mount?
