The Atlas-class strike carrier is a front line combat ship designed to establish control and defend entire sectors. A single Atlas jumping into a sector is often enough for pirates to reconsider their life choices, and give pause to the largest Xsotan fleets.

5x Capital-class turrets
2x Stellar Dynamics Quad torpedo launchers, with storage of over 280 torpedos
2x Rolls Royce Terradyne-class Dynamo Fusion generators
Rockwell-Ingersoll Impenetrable Regenerative shielding
Martin Stellar Industries CENTURION integrated combat system, able to individually track 100 targets, and engage 20 targets per second including ships, fighters and torpedoes.
