Shatter another empire completely with a new total war mechanic!



This mod adds a unique mid to late game casus belli for two powerful empires to wage total war against each other, bringing all of their vassals into the fight to preserve their realms, and leaving only one victor to rewrite history.



Great Empire Wars are massive and impactful conflicts that involve every vassal in their respective realms fighting to shatter an opposing empire completely in a total war.

Upon defeat, every single title in the devastated empire is destroyed and all former vassals become independent and turn to tribalism, creating a new era where hundreds of weak tribal warlords fight amongst each other in the ruins of their once united realm.

The victorious emperor will gain a powerful Victor of a Great Empire War fame trait, 3000 dynasty renown, and distribute 8000 prestige amongst their vassals, in addition to shattering and tribalizing an entire region of the world.

There are also five new game rules added in this mod to customize your experience, such as changing the level of shattering or disabling the tribalism feature.
