Basic Tips and Tricks

Getting Your Sensitivity Just Right!

Remove mouse acceleration from the control panel of your PC
(It will make it harder for you to attain muscle memory of movements.)
There are three different factors that will affect your in game sensitivity
- Windows sensitivity
- Game sensitivity
- Mouse DPI
Always leave your windows sensitivity (In the mouse section in the control panel)
on the sixth notch and never change it from that.
With your in game sensitivity slider you should experiment with it to see which best
suits you. (Note that you should play for 20 mins on a new sensitivity to get accustommed
to it before trying a new one)
If your mouse has a DPI silder you should put it to its highest setting and only use the in
game slider to adjust your sensitivity.

Ranging!

If its possible, without making your target aware of your presence, always take a ranging
and windage shot at about your targets range so you know where your shot will land when
you take the real shot.
Accustom yourself to the rifle that you are using so you know the zoom and the rifle's
capabilities so that if you cannot take a ranging shot you can estimate where the bullet will
hit anyway.

Online Tactics!

Always watch out for scope glare because it signals where the enemy position is and that they are aiming specifically at your face and that you should take cover and relocate.
Whenever you take a shot or shots you should relocate to a different position within 10 seconds of the first shot being fired so that any other players that may have seen the bullet traces cannot pinpoint where you are so they can shoot you and also if you missed the target you were aiming at, they cannot find you.
If you are using land mines and trip mines always put them round a corner or in some debris so that any unsuspecting persons walking by will not see them.
