Cann (Old)

The Faulty Shot Cann is ready to rumble!

THIS IS THE OLD VERSION. VERY SAD!

Abilities:

Heat Meter: As Cann attacks enemies, they fill their Heat meter. As the meter fills, their speed increases, and traction decreases. Although having full meter can be very helpful, Cann has a number of moves that require or are aided by expending your Heat.

Stand Out Moves:

Up Tilt: During Up Tilt, Cann's horizontal speed is flipped, causing them to travel in the other direction.

Down Tilt: Cann's Down Tilt causes them to slide forward across the ground. If down is held then they will continue to slide forward and keep their speed even after the move ends.

Strongs: All of Cann's strongs require Heat to use. To even activate a strong, it costs one Heat, and they can be charge up to three times. They all are powerful, but due to their Heat requirement can be costly if used too often.

Neutral Special: Cann's main stage control tool, they shoot out a cannon ball, that explodes in multiple hits. If neutral special is held it can be charged up (as seen in their second meter), allowing it to be shot farther. This charge can be held until use should the move be canceled early.

Side Special: Cann dashes forward, grabbing opponents and shooting them. Once an opponent has been grabbed, holding down special will allow you to consume Heat, increasing the launch power it will have when the opponent is shot out.

Down Special: For their Down Special, Cann wields a unique counter. During the counter Cann's horizontal speed is preserved, allowing them to slide across the ground, even catching far away opponents by surprise should you counter a projectile. Landing a counter will also give Cann some Heat (for projectiles, the amount gained is based on the damage they deal).

Up Special: Like most of their specials it can be charged using Heat, which allows it to go higher. Although Cann has armor during the ascent, they do not during the charging, so be careful!
