4.24 Functional Spotlights and Neon mod (Project proper light!)

This is my first mod that I make a mod that is out of the ordinary. Functioning spotlights! And Neons of course :P

The mod can be found in the headlight category.

Note: this obviously doesn't export to beamng, this is mostly intended for photoscene pictures and just for cool. Also these don't mirror, you have to do so manually.

Other than that, this mod includes 12 spotlights and 16 Neons, of which they are:

3 spotlights of different temperature (3600K, 6500K, 9600K)
Which have a variation of both range (close and far), and hardness (soft and hard)

8 Neons of different colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, magenta, and white.
They all include 2 different widths (Narrow and Wide)
Soon I will add another width (medium), so stay tuned!
