Gave this an initial spin yesterday. I like the mix of infrastructure and starting villages, just enough to get started without being too overbuilt. Resource concentration is on the scarcer side but with multiple locations for extraction running multiple mines/pumps, and they appear pretty easily reachable for building large mining complexes and the like. Good amount of flat land for farm operations and with the water reaching into the center this looks like a good map for river/sea transport. I like it overall and won't mind playing this for a while. :)
