This guide will give you a general ideal on how to do one of the hardest achivement in Hoi4, and maybe not suffer like i did. And it still a Work In Progress , so expect grammar problem / typo , lack of images.

## 1: Before starting
This is the required states to form Siberia, which i will give paradox credit where credit due, alot easier than i first though. Only 5 shjtty states in the russian far east with low scores and only required you to occupy the land


Now we begin
Make sure to set the game on Historical-Ironman mode. You can do this on non-historical too, but on non-historical you will need alot of luck to do this achivement.

## 2: General Stragety
First: You have to stay Commie
One of the biggest problem with Tannu Tuva is the Manpower (Mp for short), and how do you solve this ? Let me introduce you to one of the most OP thing in this game , this Army Spirit:

As you can see, this army spirit will give you 500mp per week, which is massive for a country like Tannu Tuva








This Army Spirit alone will give you more Manpower than going Scapping The Barrel . Trust me , this Army Spirit is insanely good. But it only available for Commie countries, that why it best to stay Commie.


Second: Now you know how to "fix" your Mp, let begin with how you get the Army Spirit first
  • Rush down your commie path for the political power, spend your PP on army advisor for exp . so you can get enough exp for the Ideological Loyalty Army spirit asap



























  • Here is the order that you "should" use your Political Power. After this just spend it on whatever you like.



  • Here is how you should use your Army Exp,remember to edit your template before going for doctrines research.






## 3 : Setting up Tannu Tuva (WIP)
This is how i set up Tannu Tuva as the beginning of the game. This is what i found optimal enough to get through this achivement.
  • Here is how you should draw a defensive plan, just defend your capital and 2 mountains next to it.



  • Here is how you should use your mils , 4 are enough, if you have more you will just use more than your resources can support



  • Here is your build order, after this you can build whatever you feel like, just don't build Infrastructure , you can get it through your focus tree.


    [*}Here is the 10w template that i used, it will get the job done. Your supply / industry are shjt so having big divisions are not going to help anyway.
## 4: What to Research (WIP)
Just go for Dispersed Industry - then research AA , Support Equipment , anything that will give you
entrenchment / defense stat.
## 5: Going to War (WIP)
When will you start to going in on the Soviet ?

After the fall of France, start justifying on the Soviet, remember it importance to put claim on all the states that you need for Siberia, so you can get them for much cheaper in the peace deal.

**You can go in much ealier if you feel ready enough , so you can get even more war scores for the peace deal.











  • ----PRAY-----

    Pray to god that the stupid German AI can manage to beat the Soviet


  • When the Soviet at 30% cap

    This is when you starting to go on the offensive, just push push push , get as many casualties as possible , so you can get more war scores
## 6 : Peace in our time (WIP)
If you manage to beat the Soviet with the German help. Goodluck with the Peace Deal AI , pray to god that the AI don't take the 5 states you need for Siberia, pray that you have enough war score so you can take stuffs.

Hope this guide was helpful for you , it still a Work In Progress, so i would need to change a lot of thing. Tks for reading this guide.

Well thanks for the guide to give a basic direction to go with. It is MUCH easier these days with the updates and DLCs.
- Grab your Chief of army for the daily xp (new since guide)
- Build rails to the nearby supply point at the start (Russia kicks from faction for civil war.)
- Use the new mountaineers with the tech tree
- Sell some excess stuff on the market for building (like trains)

6 inf brigades, ranger support, arty support, engineer support, hospital support, signal support. Stack 2 together each tile and take the nearby supply in the east (why you built the rail.)

That will give you some combat damage and occupation points, throw you old equipment in a lend lease to anyone else on the same side (do not accept lend leases.) Beat on some of the units on your border, pull back, and do it again a few times if you built defense too high for them to attack.

The newer conference also made this easier.

@Dachande 20 are enough, the point of pushing in this case is to inflict as much casualties on yourself as possible. Its not about taking the land, its about getting war score through casualty so you can take the land in the peace deal.

can you tell us how many division you had when you pushed? i have 20 but it's a no go with the amount of russian division on my border

lul I just made a huge army of divisions of 1000 people and placed them in the right regions, then joined the alliance with Japan and after the surrender of the USSR, the necessary territories were transferred to me and that's it

In my run the AI never scrambled any planes to deal with me. I had a huge surplus of guns after a while and I put a military factory on strategic bombers. I was able to get a few extra war participation points through uncontested bombing.

lmao i just played on non-historical and joined the soviet revolt when all ussr forces went to fight them, you only need to control the states so its free
