So when I got the game it would crash whenever I would open a match during the loading. I tried several things including running in admin mode, setting the date back to 2019, and even some cheeky ♥♥♥♥ I found on youtube that may have cost me my credit cards and first born. There was even one that suggested pushing my AMD GPU back to version w/e, but there is no way i'm going back in GPU drivers just to make this game work. Esp if it messes up me being able to play Age 4 which likes to crash if your GPU drivers aren't up to date.

Somewhere among all the fallout of this game I found a comment I believe by a profile named Noob Noob it honestly needs a post of its own if it doesn't already because it actually fixed my game!

So all I needed to do was go to this site and download dxvk-1.9.2.tar.gz
https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases

I copied everything from the x64 folder into Steam/steamapps/common/WWE2K20

I also suggest right clicking the WWE2K20_x64.exe and hitting properties, then going to compatibility and checking the box that says "Run this program as an administrator" and clicking [apply] so you don't need to worry about it in the future.

Not sure if this will work for everyone but it worked for me and I hope it helps someone else out there because I was so ready to refund the game for being so broken.
