Yeah, the sawed off can be combined with something but I haven't figured out what it is. If I had to bet I'd say it's another sawed off though

@b& from onlineplay At the beginning of the game, some volunteers will take meat. About mushrooms, you can find them on the second map, usually near caves and waterfalls
