Ghosted as hard as I could but Drug Mob Casino is only theoretically ghostable; the guard distracted twice triggers ghost and even with temporary light knockout you're not able to avoid it.
As for Abandoned Complex I can safely say that you'd need TAS timing to get closer to a quiet rating with any consistency or less equipment. There may be a better position or strategy for it and Steve's House but I can safely say that's for someone else to try."
