Wingull as an advanced skin for Wrastor.

Changes -

Specials -------------------------------------------------------------

Up Special - Goes/sends more horizontal and is stronger
Forward Special - Projectile sends at 45 degrees instead of 90
Grounded Down Special - Goes upward
Aerial Down Special - Goes forward
Neutral Special - Sends outward

Tilts ------------------------------------------------------------------

Up Tilt - Goes backwards
Down Tilt - Goes forward
Forward Tilt - Goes forward, faster but weaker

Dash Attack --------------------------------------------------------

Dash Attack - Goes slightly faster and goes in the air

Aerials ---------------------------------------------------------------

Up Air - Faster, can send downward at the very end
Back Air - Stronger but slower
Forward Air - Sends downwards, Weaker

Strongs --------------------------------------------------------------

Up Strong - Sends downwards
Down Strong - Sends upwards
Forward Strong - Faster but weaker
