2. Make your profile public.
- Easiest way to get the profile public
Click on Edit Profile -> Privacy Settings:
Set all on Public.

3. Become an active member of the Steam Community.
- Go and find some screenshots of your friends and like them, do a smart comment on the profile e.g.
- Browse the Workshop and find some good stuff and like it, follow it

4. Play games often without cheating.
- easiest part for green Trusted Factor, don't cheat.

5. Get commended by your teammates.
- dont beg other people for commendations, maybe you find some helpful players they do it for you withoung begging.

6. Do not kick anyone out of the game.

- everybody starts a game as a "newbie" and you can see it very often, dont get angry about this, think smart, you also started as a newbie like this guy.

7. Do not block your teammates (in Wingman, Matchmaking) and don't attack your teammates ingame
- thats easy: only possbile in e.g. Matchmaking, not in casual.
if you do this you get caught by the Overwatch system for griefing.
