step 1: check your bags and vaults,
bags:
wilst you do that clean up all your garbage and store all your threasures wilst inspecting each bag slot individualy, if you find any hypershards, put them in a bag thats empty so you can see what shards you have and what you havnt found yet, a clean inventory is eazier for yourself, making other stuff you tought vanished findable again
vaults:
do the same with the vaults, sell any thrash, keep or sell your threasures in the markets, make sure you put any hypershards you find in an empty bag with the other hypershards
keep in mind: if you use the "all" tab/loop button, it wont show every item, sometimes it fails to show the shards and items you have in a bag but doesnt, this is a bug ive observed when grinding floors

step 2: check all your hero's relic, boots and weapon shard slots
sometimes people have them on their heroes but fail to notice this because they donot click on the button of the equipment slot, clicking on this slot brings up a tab wich shows the weapon and its 3 equipped shards in more details, if you click on the relic, boots or weapon slots (and other slots too but those 3 types are what the current hypershards are able to go into) this i recomend to everyone, especialy those who have bad eyes or have a very fast phace of mind, like me -_- zigzaging everywere makes missing those shards and hypershards eazy
keep in mind: take your time to inspect each and every boots, weapon and relic slot, radiant critical power is on the boosts, thunderstruck is on the weapon, everything else is useable on relics only

if you did this, place them in your bag, like this here, REMEMBER: CURRENTLY THE GENIE KINGS BLESSING SHARD HASNT BEEN ADDED AT THIS POINT, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IF YOUVE DONE THE C9 MASTERY TIER STARS AND THE ENTIRETY OF PRIME 9, DOING THE ENTIRETY OF PRIME 9 UNLOCKS YOUR 2TH (OR FIRST IF Y DID NOT DO MASTERIES YET)

step 3: make sure you have done all your masteries, below i will list the star info and wich hypershard you get from it, the prime info is also listed there just in case
mass destruction: 50 stars, do all c8 primes, relic
vicious strikes: 155 stars, c8 prime 6, relic
radiant critical power: 260 stars, c8 prime 4, boots
explosive shielding guard: 365 stars, c8 prime 2, relic
thunderstruck: 470 stars, c8 prime 3, weapon
destructive pylon: 575 stars, c8 prime 1, relic
automation: 680 stars, c8 prime 5, relic
juggernaut: 785 stars, c8 prime 7, relic
genie king's blessing, 890 stars, all 7 c9 primes must be done, boots

if you verified this then go to step 4

step 4: making sure you have done each and every prime map, keep in mind that if you have done an ancient power resets, all your finished primes will be resetted aswell, so you have to do them all over if you did an ancient power reset after you did all your primes or some of your primes.
people often forget wich they did and didnt, i sugest redoing each and every map even if youre asolutely sure that you did it, make sure you redo them all, it does not matter at wich prime you start, however you can begin with prime 1 and then 2 and then 3, etcetera etcetera, if there was a way to prove what primes you did then this wouldnt have been nececary, sadly you cant trust your collections tab on this, so just do each and every prime over to be absolutely 100% sure you did them



for masteries it should look something like this, exept with your stars being at 785 rather then max (i rushed all my stars to the last flair reward like i did back with the first set of primes being released every week before onslaughts came back in a different way, i still hope theyll return the type of onslaught that has unlimited maps, but call it endless maps, but thats something not important right now), the screenshot below shows a pesky bug that plagues everyone -_-, if you did all your masteries it will end up taking the c7 row rather then the c8 row, make sure you use the actual chaos tier star list (each chaos tier has 105 stars you can get, use pen and paper or wordpress or word or watever you prefer to note everything, do not trust the gliched up mess that is the mastery star previeuw

step 5: if you did all your masteries and primes and checked your banks and vaults aswell as all your hero slots, putted all your hypers in one bag and checked if you got all of them then go to this website:

then scroll down to "cant find what youre looking for? submit a request


fill in the fields, send a screenshot of your hypershard bag and watever proof you can provide on masteries (star bar) and primes
then within a few days they will return your hypershards or tell you that you still have them (if you breezed trough this guide xD but i doubt that)


only submit a ticket when youve verified everything!
