3.6 "Orion" Compatible, Techtree

Built-In Interactive Technology Tree.
Turanor is supported on Github, KOCMOHABT are adapted for other languages.

The language is changed via the corresponding button in the tree.

This technology tree displays only the Vanilla tree, and does not change in any way when mods are added.

UI Overhaul is now compatible with Techtree!
Supported together with UI Overhaul!
Important Techtree in the list of mods should be placed after UI Overhaul Dynamic.
But if for some reason something goes wrong, then let me know about it.

Updated the mod to 3.6:elscience:
I added localization again, we load it as a module through dictionaries. (previously, this was done manually)
Not everything has been translated, in some places it has not been translated, but it is loaded in English.
But I have done localization automation. (:ranger: Beta)
