The prince of all saiyans has finally arrived to show kakarot who's boss! Vegeta is all gas, rush in with an Air Dash and start pummeling your foes.
And if base form isn't cutting it for you, you can go ssj or even ssblue to really do some damage. Just be careful as ssj and blue make vegeta more and more of a glass cannon along with slowly damaging him.

Let's go over some of the moves shall we.
Neutral Special has 3 different moves depending on the form. Base fire 2 ki blasts but an fire more by holding special. Ssj gets the mighty final flash that can be charged like a smash attack, just hold attack. And Blue gets the big bang attack, a move that charges automatically like samus and can be fired whenever or stored for later.

Side Special is a forward dashing kick that's good for getting around. And if you hold it with Blue you can track and do the kick behind your opponent!

Up Special is a classic minus the earth destroying galick gun. landing a hit with it will not put you in special fall but you can't do Air Dash or side special out of it. Blue doesn't go into special fall regardless.

Down Special is transform, it well um..transforms you or reverts to base if you're blue.

And 1 extra special. By pressing jump and special together you can do an air dash straight outta Dragonball Fighterz.

And now how about some none special attacks?

Nair is a downward ki blast that can be done twice with the second going horizontal. This move can be Air Dashed out of just like Fair.

Ftilt is a short lunging grab that if Vegeta lands he'll deliver a mighty headbutt.

Jab is 2 punches followed by an uppercut, but by continuing to attack he'll rise up and do a good ol dirty firework.

And that'll just about cover everything special, well except for a certain explosion that maybe you can pull off with Blue form. Just gotta do the right Attack and Special input Down.
