[KYD] Cover Your Nose!

I noticed during a recent playthrough that no item in my game explicitly covers the nose, and the nose is never considered covered unless the apparel covers the entire head. So I wrote a simple patch to add the nose to the "Teeth" category of covered bodyparts, to make some modded apparel make more sense and reduce the chance of your nose constantly getting shot off! This is a pretty niche mod and I've no knowledge of other apparel mods that it affects.


No known bugs at this time. Not tested with HAR. Surgical Mask from VAE is unaffected, as it appears to cover the wrong bodyPart (UpperHead, rather than Teeth).
