Flame Trap Damage Fix

Reduces per-projectile damage dealt by flame traps and ice traps from 20 to 8. This does not necessarily make them less hazardous, however.

Starbound has a hidden mechanic that triggers a 1-second invulnerability period if a player takes more than 10% of their max health worth of damage in a single hit. Flame traps normally spew projectiles that deal 20 defense-ignoring damage at a rate of around 8.7 projectiles per second. This means that under regular circumstances, players continuously standing in a flame trap will take a steady 20 damage per second (plus status effect damage)... unless they have their max health raised to 200 or more (using Violium armor, for instance), in which case standing in a flame trap becomes a near-instant death sentence as they take a whopping ~174 damage per second. Ironically, this also means that using Burn Resistance Spray (which reduces fire damage by 25%) while wearing any other late-game armor set can cause flame traps to rip you apart in a similar manner.

Ice traps have the same problem, except they fire projectiles with a larger hitbox at a rate of around 6.25 projectiles per second.

With damage per projectile reduced to 8, flame traps deal a more manageable ~70 damage per second. The rate of damage taken is consistent regardless of the armor the player is wearing because it is not possible to lower your max health below 80 through normal gameplay.
