If I'm correctly, is needed only to get the Let Me Go Home… achievement. 1 on each floor, just look at the map and they should be here

This one is inside the secret path (You know the one)

If you don't really care, they can be easily forgotten to do

Since all locked doors need to be opened, the thing is to leave a floor with 0 keys on it, just use those keys baby
Basically is like this:

• 1st Floor : 5 keys in total
  
• 2nd Floor : 4 keys in total
  
• 3rd Floor : 6 keys in total

Actually, unless you're speedrunning , this comes easy, just need to replay on MID/DARK difficulty, and relight that flashlight for 10 times

Actually, this one is really unmissable, just walk and HANDS will appear

Found 50 items in total, I can't assure if the keys count, but just focus on the candles and salts and it should pop out

Fastest way is go to talk to the duck-mask ghost, he will ask for a green drink, pick any but that one, then go to the green-drink vending machine (located where there's the lift that get you to the 2nd floor)

On 2nd and 3rd floor is a little more easily to get, just let yourself get hurt and run like your life depends on it, which it does. Find a locker and hope it pops out

So, on the 1st floor, right on the right there's a kinda huge room, that's where there is the Bunny, he will forcibly ask you to play a game. I believe you have like 4 opportunities to pick the one with a knife on it, so it's really easy to achieve it with the "Found You" achievement.

As before, pick the bunny with the knife on it, that's all.

On the 3rd floor, just as you arrive, there's this broken doll, once you inspect it, get back to the 2nd floor, just above and a little to the right where there is the doll ghost, inspect this

Once you do it, get back to the 3rd floor, after interacting again with the doll, you'll need to search for some other things, they are right here:
Once you found it, get back to the doll, after using it on it, something will happen, no spoiler. Then the achievement appears.

That's all

The other achievements are pretty straight forward, and only need to do the AAA Very Scary part.

So remember, don't bully, pray for Lumi and don't drink any other liquids but black ones, especially the transparent ones, those kill you.
