Caldari 'Chimera' Carrier

Based after the 2018 design by Jarano, this is a 90% "updated" version for 2.0

Things ive changed:

-upscale it to 14 slots
-changed stats
-added shields
-added hangers
-added enough power to warp and to be used
-added assemblies for fighters
-added some turrets (note not true to eve carriers since there unarmed)
