Install:
Download the mod from the link above, extract the "media" and "sound" folders, then in the media folder, choose whatever background you want and make 5 copy of them and put them all back to the menu folder. Put those media and sound folders into "left4dead2" and replace the original folders

This mod was banned before, so I re-upload it but there won't be any images about it, sorry for this inconvenience.

This mod has no sound so it will work with the original sound track of the game. Or you can get yourself one if you don't like the original sound track.
I won't let this mod die again.
