add a very powerful shield belt to protect your CEO
-mostly invincible against ranged attacks
-deflect fire and thermal damage
-protect him from the heat and the cold
-add a good armor resistance against melee
-still offer protection when the energetic field layer is down by a overhit or an EMP

but it's very expensive to craft

For someone who encountered an error about "Flammability" "duplicate node" ,just remove one of <Flammability>0</Flammability> in Apparel_Utility.xml.
