Improvements:
1. the Russian language has been added to the game (you can select it by selecting French in the settings)
2. added a map of the world (you can open it by pressing Tab)
3. improved texture quality from 256x256 to 1024x1024 that is in 4 times
4. the ability to save anywhere on the map by pressing F4 (only works between missions)
5. GPS navigation (PageUp and PageDown to switch the destination)
6. unlocked free movement of the camera when driving a vehicle as in GTA: SA (you can activate it by repeatedly switching the camera mode by pressing C)
7. in-game synchronization with your real time! (to remove this feature go to {your drive}:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto 3/CLEO and delete the RealTimeSync.cs file)
8. Intro in HD quality
9. improved textures of Clod's hands
10. HUD is now in HD quality, the crosshair has been replaced
11. added a splash screen in the style of GTA: SA
12. the main menu is now in HD quality, and the characters on it are semi-colored
13. Radio icons in HD quality

Installation:
1. download fixer

{your drive}:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto 3 , if there is a GTA3FIXER postscript at the end - erase, otherwise it will not work!
3. Download english patch, extract to game folder and change your language to english (instructions is in install.txt
