Tainted Magdalene Better Start

Descripción
Tainted Maggie now starts with:

- Adrenaline
[Gives Isaac a flat damage up based on how many empty Heart containers he has.]

- 4.5 Volt
[Causes Isaac's active item to charge when Isaac deals damage to enemies, rather than when he clears rooms.]

This mod is to simply give T.M some longevity in places beyond Chapter 4 (without just giving her The Wafer) and against bosses that lack the spawning of other enemies.

I think T. Maggie is fun in early game with glass shard. Maybe that would be a fun starting item?

tainted maggie sucks cause her best playstyle feels braindead, and bad lategame without any payoff

this is a good change, but not the best, still worth the download
