It’s a non-reciprocating charging handle, it works a lot like an AR or MP5.

Why is the bolt not moving backwards when you shoot? at the start of the animation the gun's handler cocks back the bolt to load in a cartridge, yet when shooting it doesn't move along? I'm not the best with guns but I don't think that's right
