Better Miniknog Trooper and weapons

Inspired by Jebi Bones's Better Elctro Baton
Because,not only the vanilla Electro Batonicon is poor,but also the Miniknog,they need more powerful weapons and equipment
So,I changed vanilla Miniknog Trooper and thier weapons to The Combine from Half-life series
Resprite The Miniknog set and The Electro Batonicon
Redesigned The Plasma Assault Rifle into The OSIPR(Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle)
Added 9mm Pistol,SMG1 and The Overwatch Sniper Rifle
weapons will drop from APEX trooper
