You can dowload it from Here[nvidiaprofileinspector.com]. It is a completely secure nvidia software, so don't worry.

After you dowload it and opened it, head to the top-left and on profiles search the name of the game. (LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4)

Then we are going to head to the first tab: 1 - Compatibility
On Antialiasing - Compatibility, copy and paste this: 0x004010C1

Now, skip the second tab and head directly to the third one: 3 - Antialiasing
There, check that Antialiasing - Behavior flags are set to: None
Then, on Antialiasing - Mode, select: Override any application setting
Just under that one, search for Antialiasing - Setting and select: 4x [4x Multisampling]
We are going to do the same on the one below, search for Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling and select: 4x Sparse Grid Supersampling.

Aaaaand we are done, now head to the top-right on the window and hit Apply changes.

Your Nvidia Profile Inspector should look like mine:
