After you downloaded the .exe, open your game's files, rename the main Cars.exe to something else (Example: CarsBackup.exe) and just drag in the Cars.exe you just downloaded. Now your game has locked 60 fps! Only the intro has 30 fps.

NOTE: Since the fps were boosted, some physics might break a bit.
-The most significant one that I have found so far is that, during Tractor Tipping, it is harder to push the bridges that you have to push into the ditches, but NOT impossible.
-Another significant impact is jumping. It is quite broken.
