Plattenbau garage pack No.1

Hello Folks,

this week's asset is a large pack of an East German garage type. Included are 10 different sized constellations, with and without open doors.


Naming scheme:

The 10 included buildings have been named by the amount of garages per row, and if there is opened garages in that row.
There are a single rows with 1/4/8 garages, 4x1 and 8x1 also with open doors available.
The double rows are also available with 1/4/8 garages per row, and the 4x2 and 8x2 also with open doors.


In-game:

The garages can be found under their names, starting with "DDR garage No.1" or alternatively by searching for "East German".
The main concrete part of the garage is color-mapped.
All garages are defined as parks without visitors, unfortunately still a ton of seagulls spawn next to them.
If you want to get rid of these seagulls, I suggest subscribing to this mod.
The 8x2 and 8x1 garage rows are flush with the plot grid, so placing them next to each other is rather simple.
All other buildings aren't flush with the plot, when placing them next to each other, Move It is required.
All segments share the same main texture file. Using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendously cut down on file size is advised.
The buildings are functional. There is a parking marker for every closed garage lowered into the ground, so the parked cars don't clip through the building.
