I just noticed now that the distant LOD model is that of the "healthy" version of Alma. She then fades into the emaciated one as soon as you get closer. Not sure if thats intentional but its a nice touch.

Absolutely terrifying. I thought it was just a model but it was a nightmare.

Except the triggered Witch music tracks. Kinda naff :/
