450 XP for less than 2 minutes

Steps:
1) First of all, you need to reach level #20 (Secret of Daikizo Mine).
2) Speedrun this level, kill no one and try to be stealthy to reach S rank for sure.
P.S. You'll get 300 XP for completeing this lvl and +150 XP for S rank.
3) That's it! Repeat as much as you want to.

Update! According to the recent comments, it turns out there are other ways to farm XP even faster (by defeating the final boss, for example). Also there is a faster route of beating Daikizo Mines for almost only a minute. I didn't know about all of that when I was making this tutorial, so thanks to all guys below for mentioning it out!

Mysterious Assassination is doable in about 40 seconds with a friend, but solo takes about 1 minute. All you need is Ghostly Dash and Wraith.

Step 1: Dash into the building the target is in.
Step 2: Activate Wraith, run to the target, and assassinate him through the blinds.
Step 3: Immediately run back out as fast as you can and book it for the portal.

The fastest speed we ever got was about 20 seconds.

personally, the mission i farmed the most was Sumire's Old Master. it wasn't particularly fast (at least not 2-3 mins fast), but it was easy enough to get done since you could just ignore the left or right section of the map, depending on your preferred path

nice start, but you need to optimize your routing and doing no pauses :)

1:04 is doable here, gaining you a bit less than 450 XP per minute.

For me, I just grind the final boss. No kills and no detection will make me get roughly 930-ish exp. I can do this in about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
