Props are minimal, and base of building is meant to be decorated. Condos like these in Brazil usually have a ground structure/security wall, parking, etc. Building can be elevated for this purpose, but for simplicity a wall will create the look.

Building has multiple submeshes for glass and water, and to use the pool textures from my other buildings, and to give AC their own texture to save space on the main texture, and make it easy to reuse or separate into props. Also this fits my texturing workflow better.

And ill say the triangle count is NECESARILY high. You can have the building as it looks with the cuts for UVing the textures on it. Or you can have a significantly less intricate building with 1000 tris and its just a cube with some cuts to tile the single texture thats just a blurry picture off google street view.

You can not subscribe and just move on if its too high for your arbitrary limits. But thumbs downing and saying your doing it and letting us know the stupid reason deserves a slapback because its very rude.

Triangle count will have nothing to do with load time or file size. Furthermore this isnt the kind of building you spam and have a thousand non-lods on screen with. So feel free to keep your inane comments to yourself next time.

Very high ratio to triangles which makes it very hard to load. Thumbs down for me.
