@Sakagari Make sure you are using High Quality or Balanced; do not use High Performance. When in the mobile wallpaper preview, swipe the blue taskbar up to bring up the Properties.

On the PC - the clock then you can turn off, but there is no mobile application of this function.

1. Clock can be disabled. It is toggleable by the user.
2. If clock is not accurate you are either using High Performance or your phone's clock is wrong. Use High Quality or Balanced.

The clock is not removed on the phone. Do without them. Strain, plus the time is not correctly synchronized.
