David Hayter's Winter Soldier Voicepack

We found this recruit in cryogenic sleep during the raid of one of Advents outposts. We have no records about his past and he have no memory of who he is. So we call him Winter Soldier (because he was frozen and he is a great soldier, don't you love a good pun?). Just make sure to not keep him waiting.

WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted

Winter Soldier Arm Prosthetics for just an arm or Avengers Endgame Character Pack for full character outfit/costume.
And since it's David Hayter, might as well use Metal Gear Solid 4: Old Snake?
