At the beginning of a fresh wipe, you have to start quickly as possible, get a weapon and armour to protect yourself, find a good spot for a base, etc.
And the best way to get weapon and armour in fresh wipe is at outpost, all you need is just 65 Scrap and 340 Stone

For 65 Scrap and 340 Stone you can get:


Firstly you have to buy tactical gloves for 40 scrap at vending machine
Here: (Red arrow)

Now you have to buy 1k Wood and 250 Metal fragments at another wending machine


Here:

Now recycle tactical gloves into 10 Leather, 4 Ropes and 140 Cloth



After you finished that, go to the workbench, near vending machine where you bought wood and metal fragments.



Now just craft a set, crossbow and eoka pistol! (or compound bow if you are into that)



Don't forget to drink the water at Outpost before you left, and try to swap your wooden helmet to Wolf Headdress or at least Bone Helmet GOOD LUCK ;)
