PC STEP:
  1. Open steam
  2. Log into steam
  3. Go to your library
  4. Find hoi4
  5. Uninstall it


Step 2
Very important step:
  1. Turn off your pc
  2. Go outside
  3. Find a random guy
  4. Ask him to be your friend - He will most likely say no
  5. Go back to your pc
  6. Play something else
