"This video is part of a Skyrim main quest series, but with a child named Roxanne as the Last Dragonborn. She has to save the world, confront Alduin and send him back to utter nothingness. But she does not understand why mighty and powerful men are sending a little girl on impossible missions. Today she will have to search Blackreach to find an Elder Scroll.

To use mods from Nexus, best is to use Vortex to manage your mods. It's quite easy to use, and does it quite well.

NP thanks i understand don't know my self how to use mods form the nexus , i wish steams would make it easy for payer to use mods in the skyrim game

In the comments section of episode 001 (see link below) I posted the entire mod list. The most important ones for creating and playing Roxanne are TKChildren and PlayableVanillaChildren.esp. TKChildren has had an upgrade and I don't know if it's still the same.

Personnally I have not the know-how to make mods in Skyrim. I'm sorry.
