Stonehall Legatus Armor

The inspiration for this armor set comes from that of a Roman military officer's garb. Being that legion commander is the commander of the Bronze Legion I found it only fitting that she should look the part of a Legatus (meaning a commander/general) of a Stonehall Legion.

These pauldrons are reminiscent of the lorica segmentata style armor that is a series of layered metal segments designed to allow for some flexibility as well as protection. The pauldrons also include a cape with animal fur as well as decorative tassels, which would have mostly been worn by officers and elite infantry.
