Pocket Watch Cooldown Timer + Announcement

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This mod lets you see the cooldown time of Wanda's pocket watches. Additionally, it lets you use the Status Announcement mod to tell your friends whether your watch's ability is ready or not, and if it isn't, how much time it has left.

When I announce my souls as Wortox it just says "My soul is ready to use!" instead of saying how many I have... I think it's because the new soul echo system might be using code similar to Wanda's clocks. It would be great if you could change this!

Suggestion: Make the timer be on the upper half if the item has finiteuses/fueled - for modded things

The timing might be off slightly - the timer uses the exact progress of the blue circle you see on the inventory icon, so any inaccuracies in my mod (and likely the other one, too) are a result of inaccuracies there. It's just harder to notice because it's not a number.

I have tried the mod that came out before yours and its timing is not accurate I will try yours to see if it is accurate.

I was working on my mod before this was uploaded (since I was just refactoring code from my 2017 forge cooldowns mod). I figured I would upload mine anyway, but I would hope people don't think I just stole the mod or something. There is an awful lot of similarities.
