UMF Heavy Cruiser

Beskrivning
The United Military Force Heavy Cruiser starship based on concept art by Maxime Bibi: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/KD1z4

It's an 11-slot ship clocking in at about 8500 blocks.

The stats are probably all over the place since I haven't played this game much. I plan to improve the ship over time as I play with it.

It was meant as a capital starter ship pre-2.0 patch, hence why it's mostly titanium.

I don't like the camo pattern on armor blocks, so I'm using the ATJ texture pack mod. The ship will look slightly different from the screenshots if you don't.

Thanks! Maybe one day I will update it with the new blocks that were patched in.

this is the most beautiful ship with functionality on the workshop without question, great work!

certainly a lot of dedication poured into this, as it's absolutely amazing (and fun to use!)

I would like to, but keep in mind this one took me 3+ months to finish!

it'd be awesome if you were to make this a full series with his other ships in the same artstyle, absolutely love this thing and the aesthetics of the rest of the ships!

Hey, yes, the firing arcs are limited, and I can't change that without deviating from the concept art. You have to orient the top of the ship towards enemies for optimal damage. I currently use auto targeting on all turrets and it splits fire along the broadsides decently.

Looks good and handles fairly decently. The turret block placement for the PDCs limits their firing arcs to the side and above, can't hit anything directly ahead, behind or below the ship.
