unfortunately I can not create a standalone MOD. Double maintenance work for errors and new features in the MOD.
You can open the MODConfig.xlsx file with Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice (free version) and set the value from 1 to 0.
You can find the right "Data Sheets" folder in the Steam system folder. For me it looks like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\494840\2618451929\Data Sheets\
The numbers are definitely different for me than yours, but you can easily find the right MOD via the "preview" image.
I hope that this explanation will help you and I'm happy to have found another crazy skipper who plays in "real time" ;)
