Have trouble collecting Restrained Statics?

This mod will help you.
This is a client mod.When Wagstaff need a tool, its' picture will appear above him.
(This mod show tools' picture depending on what Wagstaff says in server.I only write down words which are in English or in Simplified-Chinese.If your server has different translation, you can add content into
scripts/Wgtscripts/Wagstaff_tool_strings.lua. Or you can feedback to me in workshop)

now, a arrow will appear above the tool. The arrow of he tool that Wagstaff wants will turn to red.
add options. You can open or close images or arrows. Or you can choose the colour of a arrow.

fixed the problem that undedicated and only-forest server's host enables the mod but it takes no effect.
known bug: If the undedicated and only-forest server' host changes character when Wagstaff is doing his experiment, the tool info and arrows will not be displayed, and the server will crash after Wagstaff' experiment fails
