HS Stadium Random

This Stadium is the same template as King Leno (thank you for the script) All I did was add some walls using the Move It! mod and the Procedural Objects Mod) as well as added 2 block services so that the game will allow Track and Field events as well as Football Games if you have the free Match Day DLC.

Changed some of the stats so that it mirrored my sons real High School Football stadium in numbers held and cost and use of electricity as well as water and sewage. Stadium now hold 1500 people and costs 50k to build.

**KNOWN ISSUES**

1) The brick wall under the home side bleachers does sometimes when placing not full render.
---- I am still working on getting this resolved but if you have the Procedural Objects and Move It! mods you should be able to fix your own in game if that is what you want. Wall does still hide the 2 Block services blocks.
