Technically the last stand is half canon as a "what if" scenario so it would be placed after Death Toll if you wanna be accurate. Otherwise it's fine where it is.

If possible though are you able to swap the L4D1 and L4D2 campaign orders? Would make more sense.

The addon also seems to include the single player menu selection? It conflicts with Urik game menu, is it possible to resolve this?
