Recently reinstalled Black Mesa and was never was able to find out what caused it, sorry.

Works as intended, zombies use vanilla Black Mesa sounds when on fire for me

Yeah, silent zombies while burning is kinda awkward.

Sadly I no longer have black mesa installed but if I ever do install it again I'll try my best to fix the issues with all of my mods (that damned bullsquid glitch sadly isn't able to be fixed), though i can't think of what could cause the silence while burning, but again i'll check it out when i get around to it.

Perhaps you should enable the normal pain sound in quick succession while burning to alleviate the strange phenomenon. I know they couldn't be burned in the original game so there was no sound for it, but silence is a bit off. A fix would be appreciated because I really do like this sounds.
