Shoot the Commander.

Step 1. Prime a grenade while you're amongst team mates.
Step 2. Get shot before you throw it.

(Bonus Step) Do not warn anybody.

blow up an enemy tank along with 7 of your team mates

Be commander, and bomb the shit out of your team.
