what does it do

If I use D6 to reroll the spawned item by Keeper's Rope, it must be rerolled to be a red heart with the price of 99

@Akad You can update item's price if you set AutoUpdatePrice to false and then check if player has Steam Sale or Store Credit to half it or set to 0.

@FilteredTea I think that would be good, the Secret Room pool is very nearly as good as the Devil pool, so I could understand it being a bit pricier for a guaranteed item. I'm not sure I'd go as far as to call it OP since you have to get this item to even make the pedestal spawn, but I could see it either way

I showed this off to some friends and they said it was OP, so I wanted to suggest making the prices fluctuate like how they do with Membership card if at all possible.
