You have to rigth-click on the model in the Animation Set Editor and then add scale to transform, I can't remember though If I'm right... Haven't been working with SFM for a while

It's because I forgot to change the default size in Maya when I was exporting it. That's why..., but you can resize it to whatever size you want in SFM so I think there's not too big deal.

One question... WHY IS IT SO BIG???? its much more than is normal, its just GIANT for hands of tf2 playermodels
